Main use

The high temperature brazing furnace can be used in many industries, such as  automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater and so on for carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper ceramic parts' brazing and bright heat treatment. 

Features

  • Muffle can work longer, and it is guranteed generally for  1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and for 3 years when under lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
  • Cooling muffle has good performance, and there will be no oxidation of the brazing parts.
  • Heat exchanger is in the cooling section, which can speed up the cooling process.
  • Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach ±1℃.
  • Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both furnace and operators.

The difference between welding and brazing

 

The welding is pressured by heating, or both, to use or do not use filler material to make the workpieces as a whole. So brazing is one method of welding.

Brazing is one of the three major welding process methods, which is different from fusion welding and pressure welding, fusion welding uses external heating (eg. electric arc), to make local areas on the interface of the connected member heated melted and cooled, and then it is formed as joint. Its characteristic lies in the melting of the base material. Pressure welding is to apply pressure, to bring the atomic spacing of the welded surface close to the lattice distance. At the same time, in the resistance welding, the parent material has melting phenomenon

Brazing is the connection of brazed parts by melting metal (solder), the parent material does not melt. This is one of the characteristic

 

Working principle of mesh belt brazing furnace

 

The mesh belt brazing furnace adopts strong reducing gas as the protective atmosphere, it is suitable for mass production of small and medium stainless steel parts, such as martensite stainless steel bright quenching tempering, austenite stainless steel bright annealing.

 

The furnace type design is novel, the net belt transmission is stable, the surface after heat treatment is bright, the hardness is even, the deformation is small, continuous type produced, no grade adjustable, the process parameter is easy to control, the temperature control accuracy is high.
