Overview

The gas heating brazing furnace is a new type of furnace which is created based on absorbing the successful experience from abroad as well as the advanced technology in China and then innovate.

In order to achieve the temperature control, it is designed with micro-processor controlled thermometer with high precesion. Variable frequency speed is also a highlight.

Brazing Process:

The surface of the cleaned workpiece is assembled in lap mode and the solder is placed near the joint clearance or between the joint clearance. When the workpiece and solder are heated to a temperature slightly above the solder melting point, the solder melts (the workpiece does not melt), and it is inhaled and filled with between the solid workpiece clearance through capillary. The liquid solder and workpiece metal diffuse and dissolve each other, and the brazing head is formed after condensation.
