Overview

Features

• Longer muffle lifespan: Patented heating muffle is guaranteed for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and 3 years for lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
• Cooling muffle is under the examination and approval for invention patent, and guaranteed the brazing parts will be bright and shiny without oxidation.
• Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both furnace and operators.

• The cooling section use the technology of separating cooling muffle from cooling jacket welding and welding line, which ensures that brazed work piece become bright and won’t be oxidized.

• Heat exchanger is equipped in the cooling section, which greatly increases the cooling speed of work pieces.

• Special design enables each heating zone to realize stepless voltage regulation and ensure stable temperature for the heating furnace. The stability of furnace temperature can reach ±1 celsius degree.

• Unique anti-explosion design uses various warning and circuit interlocking automatic protective devices to ensure the safe operation of the furnace.
